Developed by two sisters who personally understand the suffering caused by hair issues. QS Scalp Revitalising Treatment Duo has been formulated using the very best of what nature has to offer, to help strengthen, nourish and protect your hair from the very first use.

How to Use

Enjoy the benefits of our Revitalising Scalp Treatment Duo with these easy steps.
Please ensure you carry out a patch test before using it.

1. Use bottle marked 1 to apply the oil directly to your scalp from the nozzle and massage into your roots.

4. Leave the product in your hair for a minimum of 30 minutes to maximum of 6 hours.

2. Follow with ACV solution targeting only your scalp area.

5. Rinse thoroughly and towel dry. Use twice a week for optimum results.

3. Massage both products into your scalp and roots in a circular motion.

EACH BOX CONTAINS ONE MONTH TREATMENT.

Log Files

QS follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analysing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

QS does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records

Dispatch Times

Delivery time frames are to be specified via our social media for each particular order date. We do aim to deliver within 3-5 working days (for UK based orders) and within 10 working days (for international orders) however this may vary and therefore no guarantee can be provided on this front. 

Pre-orders can take a longer time to process and deliver. For each pre-order date, timeframes will be specified via social media only. Please be mindful that a pre-order involves purchasing an item with the understanding that it will be shipped at a later date. For example, if purchasing on January 1st via a pre-order, the actual dispatch/delivery may take place March 1st. This is all dependent on what is specified at the time.

Pre-orders will be announced via social media and anyone ordering on such dates is assumed to understand and accept the details of a pre-order.

International Customers/Orders


You have requested to place an order from QS Beauty to be shipped outside of the UK. This is a disclaimer that you have been made aware of the risk involved with international shipping and if any loss or damage were to occur, QS Beauty will not be covering any costs or providing refunds.

Please note we will not be liable for any customs/imports charges or additional fees involved.

After being made aware of the risks you have chosen to proceed with the order.

Once payment has been made in full and we have received the funds, it may take up to 4 weeks to process and ship your order. It can take a further couple of weeks for delivery depending on the courier service.

All tracking information will be provided and we hope to have your order delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Returns

Please read the full policy:

Contact us via email info@qsbeauty.com before shipping back your items to us. Ensure to quote your order number, full name and address when doing so.

Once a return request has been authorised you will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving the item back, provided that the item returned is in its original and unused condition and with all original packaging not being opened or tampered with. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a condition to resell, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct costs necessary to cover any loss from the refund amount.  

Once we have received the return, we will issue a refund according to what has been authorised.

All returns or refunds are subject to management approval and at the discretion of management. 

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances to customers who have ordered on dates when giveaways have been running and in turn have benefited from entry into giveaways. Entry into giveaways for customers is automated and by not requesting to be removed from the giveaway entry and prize-draw, consent is implicitly given by customers to these terms. 

No refunds will be provided under any circumstances once the statutory 14 day notification of intent to return period has passed. This begins from the day of delivery and ends 14 days thereafter. 

Return postage costs are to be covered by the customer. 

Any postal costs incurred by QS Beauty are to be deducted from any authorised refunds (amount to be specified by QS Beauty). 

Orders made on sale dates (which include any discount on the original price of the item OR include a special offer of ANY type) are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Concerns relating to: damaged/defective items must be raised within 24 hours of receipt of the order/parcel. Once this period has elapsed QS Beauty will not provide any assistance regarding such issues. 

Cancellations

If you have a change of mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not already been processed (to be determined by QS Beauty), we will cancel your order and process a refund. In cases where the order has already been processed (regardless of whether it has been dispatched or not), you will need to return the goods to us once you receive them in order that we can process a refund. The cost of delivery will not be refunded in this instance and the original postage and packaging costs incurred by us will also be deducted.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate (free at your post office) be obtained when returning any item.

Our returns policy complies with The Distance Selling Regulations.

How to use?

The mix goes stiff soon after I apply it, am I doing something wrong? 

It is completely normal for the mix to become stiff when mixed with egg yolk. Massage your scalp in very gentle circular motions prior to applying the mix to get the blood circulation flowing and then continue once the mix has been applied. Pay attention to the area you wish to target, this will help push the product into your scalp. Be sure not to be aggressive whilst massaging your scalp as this will pull hair out.

Some customers also like to wrap a warm towel around their head once they have applied their mix and they find this is super effective for them.

How should I wash the mix out?

Please always brush out all knots and tangles from your hair prior to applying the product and follow the steps below to wash out the mix effectively.

Step 1 
Rinse your hair with warm water and ensure you cover every part of your scalp where you have applied the product until you feel your hair soften up. 

Step 2
Take a shampoo of your choice, preferably a natural one, and squeeze into the palm of your hand before evenly distributing this onto your scalp. Start massaging your scalp with shampoo in circular motions gently for at least two minutes.  Once the two minutes are up, wash thoroughly with warm water and repeat this step again. (Wash x2 using this method) 

Step 3 
Condition your hair with a conditioner of your choice, we do encourage the use of natural products if possible. For very thin or oily hair, take a conditioner suited to you or your hair type and apply it to your ends for around 30 seconds to a minute maximum. For very dry hair apply conditioner 2 inches away from your scalp all the way down to the ends of your hair and leave in for a few minutes. 

Step 4 
THE FINAL RINSE - wash out your conditioner with lukewarm water, make sure you cover every part of your hair you have applied conditioner to. Once you feel the conditioner is out of your hair this last and final step is vital - rinse your scalp thoroughly with cold water for at least ten seconds (longer if you can bare it) ensuring you are covering every part of your scalp. 

Following this method should be sufficient to remove any residue of product from your hair without causing any damage.

What do you mean by a ‘natural hair care routine’?

We strongly recommend stopping the use of heating tools and any products that can be damaging to your hair - at least not on a daily basis. Damaging products may include certain gels, salt sprays, dry shampoos, creams, styling products, hair ties, etc. Even styling your hair very tightly can cause damage over time. Avoid extensions and dyeing your hair where you can. 

Shampoos / Conditioners
We cannot recommend one product as everyone has different hair types, however, we do advise looking out for products that are free of the following ingredients: 
- Sulphates 
- Parabens 
- Alcohol 
- Synthetic scents/fragrances 
- Silicone

Why are my results not as dramatic as others on your site / social media?

Honesty and transparency are both important factors for us in all that we do. Results and timescales vary from person to person. We have had customers that have seen results just after two uses and others are reporting change after some months. The key is to be consistent, follow all guidelines and stop the use of harmful products.

Can your mix be used on all hair types?

We are proud to say that we have spent a lot of time in developing a mix that is suitable for all hair types. Not just that but our mix can be used by both males and females, on beards and eyebrows too - (please use with caution around this area and ensure none of the product gets too close to the sensitive eye area).

Our mix can also be used on coloured hair; however, you may want to consult your hair colourist or at least be aware that most oil-based products can cause hair dye to fade faster than usual. 

How many ML is your product? 

Our product is made up of two parts’ Step 1 and Step 2. 

Step 1 is 50ml and Step 2 is 30ml.
